Very nice property with a variety of stay choices! We were in a Tiny Home. It was very nice, right in front of the river. I’d return to Camp Eddy in a heartbeat. The staff provided excellent service.
We stayed in the “salida” Airstream. It was on the small side, but perfect for two people for one night! Bed was ridiculously comfortable. Bathroom is tiny but nice to have one. Fridge microwave and stove top is a bonus.! Great, safe location!
We booked a night in one of the Airstreams on site and had a great time! It was our first time ever staying in an Airstream, and it was very comfortable and more spacious than we expected! The Airstream had everything we needed for an overnight sta. The community room was a nice gathering place, we appreciated the availability of coffee and tea. The location is quiet and easy access to a nice walking path along the creek. We would certainly stay here again next time we're in the area!
It was clean check-in was easy, airstream pictures look a bit nicer missing artwork and other superficial things. loud music down by the river until 11 PM was a bit frustrating went for at least an hour after quiet hours… otherwise a good one night stay on our way to Breckenridge.
Amazing stay! The campground is so cute and so pretty. It’s clean. Location is amazing. The river is so nice and right there. There’s a walking trail that is absolutely amazing that goes into downtown. Very walkable. Will stay agin if we ever come back to town.
We stayed in one of the airstreams. The one we booked was run down, and extremely dirty. The girl at the front desk did offer for us to try one of the 3 unbooked airstreams . It was better kept but still dirty. The grounds were decent, but located in an industrial area. It was very quiet at night which was a nice surprise. We probably wouldn't stay here again - Ok for a single night stay in order to visit wineries and grab some peaches. "Glamping???"-I think not.

Clean, spacious, full kitchen, big tv, comfy bed, dog friendly, beautiful view, easy self-checkin
We stayed in one of the tiny homes and it was perfect for what we wanted. You also get access to the main block toilets and showers if you want to use them.
Great walk from here to a local brewing place that does food.

Very clean and staff was very attentive to our needs!
We stayed in the Avion (#19), and it was great. We arrived after hours but got a detailed email with door codes and everything else we needed. It did have AC which was a bonus, because according to the listing it did not. Comfy beds. Nice to have cooking available. Showers up at the building have no shampoo/soap, but the one in the trailer did. There's a coffee/ice cream truck up by the office, as well as a pool table and loaner games and books up in the main building. It is right next to Las Colonias park which has watercraft rentals and tours and walking/biking paths. Will stay again if in the area.
I had such a great stay in the vintage Airstream at Camp Eddy! It was absolutely perfect for a solo traveler — cute décor, a super comfy bed, and all the amenities I needed. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, and the water pressure was surprisingly amazing.
One of my favorite parts was being so close to the Colorado River — it added this peaceful, happy vibe to the whole trip.
There were a couple tiny things (a few cobwebs and one dead spider), but honestly, it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the stay. The Airstream still felt cozy, charming, and well set up.
I’d definitely stay here again. Such a fun, unique little getaway spot!
Camp eddy was fantastic for our road trip! The facilities were so clean and the best were extremely comfortable. Being right across from a park for the kids to stretch their legs was an amazing bonus. Highly recommend.
