"Quiet, nice, located conveniently for our trip to Ouray Springs the next day. Enjoyed the hot tub. Appreciated the proximity to food and the highway to the Million Dollar Highway."

"Some door locks were broken, several outlets weren't working, TV and a lamp didn't work, the bathroom probably wasn't cleaned before us because there were dirty towels on the floor and used soap in the shower. When we asked for new towels we were told there were none since they hadn't gotten to laundry that day. Haven't gotten our security deposit back either."

"There were just too many things broken in the room. Refrigerator, duck tapes toilet seat, no hot water in sink. Items missing from room - ice bucket, suitcase holder, a closet (that was by design). Staff did try to be helpful but was not worth $216 for the night."

"Overall very good property. The room is clean but you will notice the room has been updated in pieces over last few years. The hotel is hot but the a/c in room is excellent! This room is “good” for me, the caveat is the shower shows its use (my OCD) via bottom of tub stains, it’s very clean. Linens are showing their age, again clean. The staff I encountered was helpful and nice. $100 cash, debit, or credit deposit required at hotel check-in. No shade in parking lot, safe though. I really like the furniture in room 210. No elevator is biggest issue, so opt for first floor depending on your situation. Overall good property."

"The breakfast was hot and had many choices. Waffles are always a hit for our family. The dining area was large and you didn’t feel cramped while eating. Every person that worked there was friendly and went out of their way to help us. The pool is small but was nice on a hot summer day. We will always book a room here when we come to visit Montrose."
