The staff and owners make the Stay great! Property was well worth the stay! Only item missing was the ice for drinks ! Breakfast was excellent!

Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend having dinner in the restaurant. Nice location. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

Comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water, beautiful views Welcoming, friendly staff but no reception area and keys/checkin instructions just left in an envelope (though they could come if you pressed bell) Very quiet location, somewhat far from local facilities (shops, pub for dinner etc) so anyone wanting to stay in the hotel having arrived should take provisions Excellent breakfast with gluten free cereal, sausages and toast

Outstanding place! Elegant and steeped in history. Truly a gem! We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to a future stay.

Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Central. The hotel (i believe) is formerly a Victorian Arcade on a pedestrian street filled with shops, places to eat, banks, any thing you need! Bed was very comfy and I’m happy the room had a mini refrigerator and kettle, Shout out to Mark at front desk who allowed early check in and for being so kind and helpful during my stay. Thank You Hotel indigo Cardiff for having me- I shall be back !

What a wonderful relaxing place to stay, made so welcome by chris and his staff. Perfectly located for easy access into conwy or surrounding attractions. Meals were excellent, restaurant areas cozy and comfortable. Overall a really good welcome for two of our friends having there first visit to wales
