Everything about it was perfect - my room was cosy and warm with all the facilities I needed (including a coffee machine!) and a sea view, the food was amazing (I ate here in the evening as well as for breakfast) and staff were friendly and helpful. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the food was also very good. We had a delicious afternoon tea and then checked in for the night. Staff attentive could not have done more for us. Lovely that a lot of the staff were bilingual. Our room was large, comfortable and spotless. Harbour view. The breakfast was super tasty, plenty of choice with excellent service. Check out was speedy, friendly and efficient. Never disappoints we will be back. We visited the harboumaster on a day trip back in March this year. We liked the service we recieved and noted that the resturant had a 1 star Michellin star rating so dicided to book a night this May As before the service was excellent, from check in to check out. Our room was clean, large and airy with dressing gowns and slippers on offer and had a big bath/shower room; the wife loved the bathroom lotions on offered. The only downside to our stay was that we were both a little underwhelmed with our evening meals. Food is very subjective and we undertand "one man's poison is another man's meat" it's just that we were expeting a better dining expierience. This being said we were more that happy with a nice mid afternoon complimentary coffee and cake and the breakfast was excellent.
