"We had a room on the top floor, which required climbing several flights of fairly narrow stairs. The entry, lounge, breakfast room and stairwells all feel rather dated.
The continental breakfast (after 1st October) was disappointing (orange juice tasted off and pain au chocolat in a packet was not good). Having said that, it was included in the price and there is a 20% voucher for their excellent cafe on North Parade.
The room itself, was clean, modern and tidy, with tea coffee and milk provided. The room was warm, as was the bath and shower when required.
Overall, we felt it was good value for money. It has the added advantage of being very near the front and not far to walk to the centre's places to eat and drink."
