Located just two miles away from Sugarbush Resort and Mad River Valley, this cozy condo offers fabulous all-season recreation access! Right within the Sugar Run community, enjoy having access to a clubhouse, Ping-Pong table, sauna, athletic courts, outdoor pool, barbecuing area, and dining area. When you aren't utilizing these great perks, take a peaceful walk on the Catamount Trail, adjacent to the resort. Other activities nearby include snowshoeing, hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. Numerous dining options are also at your fingertips.

High ceilings, warm wood finishes, and comfortable furnishings make up the interior of Sugar Run #5. Spend your evenings cuddled on the plush sofa, streaming a TV show or movie. When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space. Partial air-conditioning, shared washer/dryer access, and internet access round out the stellar interior perks.

Sleep well and dream sweet dreams each evening as you tuck under the soft linens available in the bedroom, on the sofa bed in the living room, or on the bed in the loft.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Located on the Free Ski Shuttle route between Sugarbush North and Lincoln Peak.
The wood-burning stove is not operational and is not for guest use.
The downstairs balcony is available for guest use, however, the upstairs balcony is not for guest use and the slider door is not to be opened.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
