We paid for three nights and specifically booked a room close to the water park and hockey rink. After a five-hour drive, we were assigned a room at the far end of the resort. When we asked why, we were told it was because we booked through Expedia. We find this explanation unfair and unreasonable. We were charged the same rate as rooms in the main building, despite being placed far away. Traveling with children, convenient access to the water park was very important to us. We kindly request a clear explanation and appropriate resolution, as this experience did not meet our expectations. The position of the State Side hotel is very convenient with ski in / ski out right from the ski locker room.
