The trail is only about 6 miles away . I was not aware of the extra fees to access the pools and other recreational activities around Smugglers Nodge. It was rather expensive per day 89$ per person daily . I liked the convenience of the location. The condo was comfortable with plenty of towels and extra pillows. A timeshare resort but we booked the room just fine and wasn't harrased at all about signing up. (just was told it was an option) The apartment was beautiful and the deck was incredible.
