"Really liked the area. You can walk everywhere within about 15 - 20 min. The room was small for 3 adults. It could use a few more hooks on the walls in the bathroom or a shelf. Beware the shower is very small for a large person. The pillows and bed were very hard. You have to go up a couple flights of stairs to get to the check in. The girls were very nice. I would stay there again but with only 2 adults. Overall loved the hotel and area. Many restaurants and shops around. "

"The location of the property was nicely situated near the Grand Canal. It was close to almost everything. The room was very cozy and super unique. We would have given this location more stars if the bed wasn’t so hard. Not only the bed …but the pillows too. It’s also a three story walk up to our room, which we don’t really mind, but be aware that the two rooms in what appears to be the attic, have no elevator. "

"We were surprised how good the property was as we were a bit worried about some negative reviews that we had seen. The manager Mr Khan was very helpful at all times, this included providing a kettle when we needed it. Parking is possible in the rear car park which we used. The Deluxe Double room was clean with a large shower and toilet area. The AC in the room worked well. The top floor of the property has a kitchen with fridge /freezer/ microwave/Oven and Hob. All very useful for heating up...

"What I loved about this hotel was its cleanliness and beautiful design. The room had a minimalist and modern vibe, featuring a loft-style bed with stairs—such a unique touch! The garden added a nice bit of greenery, and thankfully, the air conditioning was perfect for the hot Venetian weather. My family and I really enjoyed our stay; we absolutely loved the room!
