Be ready to walk 30 min to the tourist attractions! Breakfast was good and room was clean!
Elevator did not work and it was hard carrying luggage up the stairs! The AC in our room (8) did not work and we awoke sweating at night.
The hotel is in a tight alley.
We stayed in the junior suites and the rooms and breakfast were excellent! Very old world charm clean. We had bottles of water in the room and a good sized bathroom shower. The staff were friendly and polite. We had a small issue with the number of rooms available when we checked-in (3 out of 4) but it seemed to be a misunderstanding due to the new reception staff. We were required to share a room (which accommodates 4 people anyway) but are being refunded for 2 rooms for the first night for the inconvenience caused, which I am happy with. Would definitely recommend staying here!
The front desk employee overcharged me for the city tax - took three time as much, as he was supposed to do and did not give me a receipt. Very disappointing. I won’t ever stay at this place.
