J'ai dû dormir avec des boules quies, tant le bruit était important. La chambre donnait sur une courte extérieure où le personnel passait sous ma fenêtre pour prendre le linge / changer les draps etc., la chambre était collée à une autre et nous entendions toutes les conversations. Et il fallait presser un bouton pour ouvrir la porte du bâtiment, ce qui déclenchait une sonnerie audible depuis toutes les chambres (peu importe l'heure donc...) et il fallait souvent plusieurs sonneries pour que la réception valide la demande. Donc merci les réveils à 6h du matin avec 5 sonneries, la porte qui claque (vibrations assurées) et les touristes agacés qui s'énervent en rentrant dans leur chambre, pour le temps perdu à appuyer. La chambre était extrêmement humide: après 4 jours, un vêtement mouillé, mis à sécher n'était toujours pas sec. Il faisait également très chaud. Le minibar/frigo était vide et ne fonctionnait pas (il renvoyait de la chaleur, ça a plutôt été notre radiateur). Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours mais il a fallu demander du gel douche car il n'a été fourni spontanément qu'à notre arrivée. Des taches douteuses sur la moquette et les draps. Lit très dur. Première nuit dans une chambre triple (réservation chambre double), avons donc changé de chambre le lendemain ( mais le personnel s'est occupé de transférer nos bagages). Petit déjeuner correct. Só não gostei do quarto em que fomos acomodados… no térreo, #4, ficava na parte externa onde ficavam latas de lixo e ali sempre tinha moscas quando passávamos. Isso foi desagradável. O melhor foi a Fabiana que nos ajudou muito com dicas de transporte para curtir Veneza!
