"The room was terribly clean. There was trash under the desk ,and the bathroom sink had never been swept. They really need to pay more attention to cleaning."

"I am very disappointed with my experience at Wyndham Rochester Downtown. We arrived at the hotel around 6:00 p.m., even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. When we arrived, we were told that our room was not ready and were asked to wait about 30–40 minutes. We were also promised that we would receive a call when the room was ready. After waiting for two hours without receiving any call, we went back to the reception desk. There was a long line, and only one receptionist was working. Our room was finally ready, but when we asked why we had not been called as promised, the receptionist refused to answer. She did not apologize or offer any explanation. I am not even talking about compensation. We were not offered anything, not even a bottle of water. We paid for the room but were unable to use it for several hours after the official check-in time. When we finally got to the room, there were no towels, and the sink was blocked. The next morning, there was again a long line at reception with only one receptionist working. After all of these issues, we still did not receive even a simple apology. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service, the lack of communication, and the condition of the room."

"The loft was beautiful, spotlessly clean and super modern. This location was perfect for attending our son's RIT graduation. Will absolutely book again when visiting son #2 at RIT. The Italian restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the market was pretty cool10/10 would recommend staying here."

"We were there for multiple nites. After the first one we had to ask the front desk to have our room serviced as had not been. The staf dealing with guests are excellent, very friendly and goi g out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast cook was excellent "

"Very unique and cool looking place. I took a lot of photos in the halls of the decor. It’s cool. Room itself was very nice. Just note - the bathroom is not enclosed- no walls around toilet area or bathing area. I was alone so no big deal - but some might like to know the scenario. Very cool place."
