This was my first time staying at this facility. Getting the key using a code texted to me was hassle free. The room overall was pretty clean/nice. The shower head and pressure was great!! Always a big plus! The bed and pillows were too firm for my liking but I made due. I like where it is located on Monroe Ave. Wifi was easy to access. The heated toilet seat was a bit weird to me, so I turned it off. LOL :P All in all the hotel was better than I expected.

Check-in was via a code and an electronic lock box for room keys. This was super convenient! Still, it was a bit weird not to have a person there at check-in (we arrived at around 6pm). Room deadbolt wasn't functioning. Staff said they would have the manager fix it; I think they will address it. Cafe next door (operated by the same family perhaps) was awesome. Limited menu, but really nice bakery items. It's a simple place, but we liked it. Glad we found it. We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the unique design of the smaller building gave it a lot of character. The housekeeping staff provided excellent service and cleaned the room thoroughly every day on a regular schedule. I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.

Location was perfect for our visit. The EV chargers were especially helpful. It was a little odd checking in with no staff there, but we met the manager during the day and he was most hospitable and friendly. A lovely visit!

We stay here regularly, but this time was room was extra clean - still smelled like lemon floor cleaner. Love how convenient this hotel is, it’s consistently clean, manager is friendly and helpful, and the Dove bar soap is the cherry on top. Always the first place I book for Rochester trips.

Best little secret in Rochester. Incredibly kind management and well maintained. .Shower was hot with good pressure .Bed was comfortable and well made .AC works well and had zero issues 10/10 would recommend if you aren’t set on a refrigerator and a microwave because those are the only things you won’t find at this great spot. If I’m back in this area this is absolutely where I will be staying.

It was a very pleasant experience staying here. The room was very clean and staff friendly. The check in process was seamless. They even had an ev charging station which was extremely efficient. The neighbour hood was very safe and the cafe right next to the hotel served delicious breakfast at very reasonable prices. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn.

This is an old ‘motel’ not a hotel. Walk up stairs outside the building to your room (though there are first floor rooms you also enter from the outside). Seems someone took an old motel painted the outside in an artsy style and put modern flooring, beds and baths in. No staff at check in. Had to call from my cell to get a key as the auto key system was not responding for me. Stairs and elevated walkway to room old and dirty. Room itself mod and.clean. One redeeming feature of the place. Had to climb over one of the beds to reach thermostat. Did not work. No instructions. Finally moved other bed to be able to see and turn on old AC unit. But it did work. Glad I was alone and the second bed was unneeded as the air blows onto the bed as it is touching the wall unit and the wall unit basically refrigerated that bed. Really too narrow for 2 beds. No instructions-room coffee or fridge. 2 bottles of water. Rack with just 2 coat hangers. I imagine it is cold in Winter as light was coming in under the door. Had a menu for a nearby restaurant if you wanted to order a coffee. The door to the lobby was locked when I arrive. It was open when I left but no one around. It was the equivalent of a new Red Roof Inn or maybe an AirBNB where you rent a room above someone’s old garage. Hampton kind of pricing for this was a rip off. Thought it might have a cool vibe. Def not. Lesson learned.

I was so surprised how different the actual place is from the photos on hotels.com. The room is very small, the whole building is just like a motel. I booked a room with queen bed but the bed was full size. The door of the bathroom has a huge gap from the wall so it doesn’t give the full privacy. There’s a tissue box cover but no tissue box in it. There’s really no amenities for the guest. The most surprising thing was there’s no staff at the place. Key was given from the device, only one card for staying there by 2 people. I had to return the key by the device for check out but it didn’t work properly so I had to call. I really don’t understand why other people are leaving such good reviews for this place. I really do not recommend this place especially for the price I paid, which was $260.00 for one night.
