The staff was very nice. Just make sure if you are driving to call before you get to the address they give you. The taxi drivers did not like us parking there until they got the car

Pros: Location is central and easily accessible, property was clean. Cons: Room/bed-type paid for was not delivered. Staff ignored simple request for additional pillow. Staff ignored request for Expedia member perk (wine). Hallways noise was extremely noticeable from room. Save your money and stay elsewhere, the premium you pay here just isn't worth it.

I requested a king bedroom room a twin bed. They gave me 2 mini twin beds. Won’t recommend to sleep in those beds.

Great hotel in great location. Convenient to just about everything in central Vienna. Wonderful staff that was very helpful. Only complaint (minor) was overly complicated lighting in room. Would highly recommend and come back again

Perfect location. Literally on St. Stephan’s cathedral Square. Subway stop within 50m. Lots of shopping as well as dining within 2-5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Filthy rooms. Room Stank upon entry. Pillows really smelled as if never changed and towels as well. I was never offered an upgrade for a room and never got bottle of wine. Only positive was location. Not sure if possible but would like the “VIP” offered at another location since not used at this one. Hotel needs to know about filthy conditions. (Especially as it wasn’t inexpensive).

The hotel room was lovely but the cleaning was poor. We wasn’t given clean towels for our whole stay and had to request for toilet paper and shower gel!

Perfect location in the center of Vienna, close to all the important tourist spots. Clean and beautifully designed rooms. A small issue is that the lobby is just a small desk located in the 6th floor, right next to a loud/crowded bar so it wasn’t easy to communicate with the front desk staff. Still, a very nice hotel.

Aside from the best location in Vienna, it’s all the details that make this one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Vienna. The views are beautiful and the service provided is outstanding. Such polite and friendly staff!

Location...staff...food...everything was perfect. My luggage was lost so I had a night without my belongings. The hotel staff offered me anything the might make my wait easier. They were always happy to help and gave me an extra time on my check out as my luggage arrived just in time to shower before I checked out. I will be back.

I have stayed here several times because of its location which is superb. The rooms need some refurbishment, staining etc. The bar is lively and a go to place for the locals and the hotel guests. We had Christmas Dinner in the hotel and it was 240 Euros per person plus drinks. I alerted them there would be 2 vegetarians and they confirmed they will pass it onto the kitchen which never happened. The food was average to bad. They did not advise me they would discount our bill as average burrata, soup and risotto probably cost them 20 euros. After I spoke to the Manager who was very nice, he reduced the cost by 200 euros (instead of

Great Hotel in Great European City
Incredible staff - courteous, friendly, professional and most importantly, effective. Location was also A+ being in the dead center of Central (Zentrum). Beautiful views of the plaza and St. Stephens Cathedral, close to shopping and great restaurants, easy access to other entertainment and business venues. Be sure to take some time to enjoy the hotel bar, take in an Opera, cruise around town in the horse carriages, and tour the wine country. Vistas outside of Vienna in the Wauchau district are amazing.
