May- August 2024 this beautifully decorated and comfortable family home in a quiet safe neighborhood in Victoria, BC will be available for 1 week rentals. Check calendar for exact dates. All amenities are within walking distance. Willows beach, Oak Bay Recreation center, tennis courts, parks, groceries, restaurants, are a few blocks away. If you want to inquire about other longer stays or other months, please do not hesitate to ask. The property has a deck with heater and lighting and a fenced side yard. A shared hottub to soak your stress away is available for 1 hour per evening. Everything you need to be at home away from home. 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed the other with twin , large kitchen, living room, and Dinning room. Spilt bathroom (toilet and sink in one half, tub and shower in the other) Homeowners travel often and reside in the lower suite if at home when renting the upper level. Please check reviews on the lower-level property to get a sense of the pride in homeownership and business we provide. (1655533) No pets, No parties.
