The beds were so hard that we spent a restless night. Unable to sleep but for short sporadic periods.

Nice location near amenities and close to public ransportation.

Very close to train/subway station making it easy to get around Lyon

Very convenient location

Beautiful setting, great staff but pricey. Most great things are.

Everything worked well and the staff were very helpful

The Pullman Lyon was a wonderful experience. Very clean, modern, quiet and staff who care about their guests.

Great room it was really clean. The money value for this hotel is excellent.

This is a very nice property. Some rooms are on the small side but bathrooms big. High end finish. We were in 147 once and it had a few stairs inside the room and it was very small. We also had 225 and it was bigger with no stairs. There were a couple of mtce issues in my room but they were fixed within 2 hours. Beautiful place in a good location close to restaurants and historic attractions.

Very pleasant stay, the room was large and very clean. Excellent location, right in the middle of an old town.

Super hotel dans un beau quartier.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices, and all really fresh. Location was excellent. Close to several stores and restaurants and short walks to the biggest "tourist" places to visit. Recommend staying here.

Very clean and comfortable in a good location, walking distance to Jean Mace station

Très bien situé au coeur de la ville.

Hotel Carlton Lyon was a lovely stay for us. The staff were fluent in French and English and very welcoming. The elevator, hallways, and room are well designed with a beautiful red color and wooden architecture. We stayed here for our honeymoon in Lyon as we tour France and the location of this Hotel is superb as you are in between the Old Town and the city. If you are thinking of visiting Lyon, this is a great Hotel to stay in. We will be back for sure.

Hotel is clean and modern. The location is convenient, walkable to main attractions of the city. The hotel is also by the river, you can enjoy a nice walk. The lounge area has refreshments and tea coffee 24/7, definitely a nice touch. The only downside was there’s no fridge in the room.
