Clean, quiet and close to downtown

The Royal is a very nice accomodation and location on Cote dAzur. The breakfast room is very nice as you sit right on Promenade des Anglais

Great hostel. The staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome. Hostel location is convenient for walking into the city or taking the bus. It’s also very close to the beach. Continental breakfast is decent and the view from the breakfast area is great. The actual room is basic and a bit small and wifi only worked for me in the common area by the reception. For the price, it’s a great option to explore the beautiful town of Annecy and I would definitely stay there again.

Good for travellers on a budget.

Excellent !!!

Yes

This was a great discount hotel. Clean Convenient and Safe. It was a 5 minute walk from the airport. The tram that went everywhere was around the corner. The hotel seems to be part of a group of three all connected. The entrance was difficult to find from the airport with google directions. From terminal 1 entrance cross the tran tracks and cross the bridge to your right, once across look to the crosswalk on your left, once across turn right and walk about 250 steps in front of and past...

The only thing was we booked whit you Hotels.com we already paid the special taxes 6€ when I make the reservation on your site. But they charged us and they refused to admit it was already paid 🤔

Really clean and the staff is great

Tout était parfait, je recommande! C’était propre, à 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville et très bon déjeuner.

Super cozy rooms in a cool location. We had an early departure the next morning where the staff were happy to help prepare a breakfast package for us. Self check in was also easy to use.

I had a single room with shared bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was facing the inner building where people gathered in the evenings so it could get loud, but tolerable. The hostel is a far from the train station, and a 6 minute walk to the nearest bus or 10 minutes to the nearest metro station. breakfast was what you could expect from a hostel, nothing exceptional, but it did the job. Didn’t have any wifi connection issues.

Wonderful place respectful staff very hot in the summer no ac

Very modern common area, the bathroom in the dorm was clean and modern, the lack of curtains kinda sucked but not the end of the world. Great location!
