Not overly impressed
We chose this property for the location and because the pictures made it look great. We were pretty disappointed with the cleanliness. There was thick layers of dust and dirt all over the baseboards and different areas of the house, and lots of mold in all the windows and doors and places in the bathroom. When we walked in we were hit with a wall of an overwhelming scent, and after walking through the house, found probably 15-20 glade scent dispensers all throughout. Standing in the kitchen there was a strong smell that something was rotting which I imagine is what all the scent things were trying to mask. When we opened the coffee maker to use it the first morning, there was a very old used coffee filter and it was full of mold, so we did not use the coffee maker. There was bits of stuff all over the carpets, my husband grabbed the vacuum right after arriving and vacuumed the carpets. There are no mattress protectors on at least the one bed we used. All 4 of us slept in the king size bed for 4 nights because the other two rooms felt dirty and there was something questionable on the sheets in one of the beds. We took pictures of everything in case it was needed as proof. All in all, we couldn't wait to move on to our next place, and I would never leave my house in this condition for someone to stay in. Also, this app states to keep all contact with owners inside the app on the messaging system, and the owner had us call their personal number to get the code to the door.
