The Study is a beautiful hotel situated on Drexel University’s campus. It was a relaxing and peaceful stay with a great on site restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
The parking valet Robert was wonderful and very friendly
It was nice good people nice service clean hotel. Restaurant was good nice food nice service. Parking garage needs improvement but otherwise good.
mostly liked the cleanliness and location to upenn campus
While we called to tell them about late arrival they overbooked hotel and didn’t have a room for us when we arrived. The person at the desk Kim was so professional and nice that I couldn’t be upset. She walked us out and helped us get a can and arranged for us to spend the night at a different hotel ...
The men that greeted us when we pulled our car onto the property were so friendly and accommodating That interaction sets the tone for the hotel in my opinion
Modern, tastefully decorated boutique hotel in a great location (Rittenhouse Square). My king room was very spacious and nicely appointed. Staff is professional and attentive. Would definitely return.
Hotel doesn't have an affordable place to eat. Hotel offers free bottled water. Hotel offers free coffee, snacks, and wine in the evenings.
Friendly staff, good location, room was clean and comfortable.
