"The Study was outstanding. This place should be the gold standard to put Customerservice should be like at all hotels. From Valerie, who checked us in late at night to Kaitlyn, who made a special request happen, to George and Ashley from housekeeping… to room service.. EVERYTHING was perfect. We could not have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone on a business trip, visiting the local university, or just in town for fun. Thank you everyone! And BRAVO to the owner and his excellent staff. We will be back! Until then… wishing this property, its management, staff members continued success. God bless each of you at the hotel and your families!"

"Hotel couldn’t make keys all weekend due to some technical problem which for some reason no one could fox. They had a skeleton crew during the cery busy and overpriced commencement and alumni weekend which meant you had to wait for someone for a while every time you needed to get to room. The staff didn’t seem to care much about this inconvenience on top of other operational basic expectations of a hotel which made it all the more frustrating. "
