"We chose this hotel for its location and it didn't disappoint in that respect. Perfectly walkable to all the theaters and Times Square. Close to the subway and great restaurants. The staff were helpful but busy--it was very hard to talk to someone without waiting a while at the reception desk. I ended up just calling the front desk. I was traveling with my aunt who is elderly and the elevators were so packed in the morning with no instructions for what to do if you have accessibility needs. She ended up walking down 10 flights so we could get to breakfast. Speaking of which, breakfast was very crowded with no rhyme or reason to it--no place to line up so everyone is just everywhere. Again, it was hard to find someone when you had a question about breakfast foods or allergens. There is no parking, so we parked a couple of blocks away and walked. I would recommend this hotel overall with those caveats."

"Cool hotel. Great design. Better than other Lower Eastside hotels (Standard, Sixty LES) by a long shot for similar rates. Awesome public areas with people hanging out, chatting, laptopping, including a great outdoor garden space."

"The location was great. It was close to everything. However, it can get crowded. The room was outdated and felt like a 2.5 star hotel. The staff was not friendly. The wait times were long, but this is New York so that wasn't entirely unexpected"

"Great location! Subway stops on each corner, close to attractions, shopping, and food. Rooms are SMALL! This is expected for NY and an older property however the first room they put my group of 4 travelers in was not suitable. We reserved an executive room which should have been their second largest room however it seems we were given a standard room. The bed was literally at the door with barely any room to walk. Thankfully, staff at the guest were able to help us and relocate us to the appropriate room. Did the new room smell? Yes. Was the door locking questionable? Yes. However, we made the best of our trip because we were there for a good time not a long time."
