"The host is very responsive and the place is clean!"

"Clean, good location,"

"The pictures and description listed on VRBO are misrepresentation. The actual state of this apartment looks very poor, neglectful conditions we encountered The moment we walked in, we were hit by a terrible, lingering stink. To make matters worse, we spotted cockroaches inside, which is a major hygiene and health hazard.Dirty Bed Linens: The bed sheets were visibly dirty and unwashed. No Internet & Zero Communication: The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and despite reaching out to the host about this...

"My stay was a graduation present for my grandson (we made visits to Manhattan and Brooklyn). My score would have been 5 stars, had it not been for the weather (it was hot, air conditioning in bedrooms only). Check-in took a little longer because of another tenant taking too many keys, leaving me having to use an emergency key. Host did his best in all of this, felt very safe in the neighborhood. I gave my grandson the glam bedroom, which he loved! I would rent again."

"The location was clean and there were not any surprises. The host was also very responsive. The building is older so there were a few items that I sent them that could use some maintenance after we left for awareness. They were very quick to attempt to remedy and offered solutions that I could appreciate. It was a good stay."

"We had an amazing stay! The trip into the city was an easy uber. Street parking was easy to find on the side street. Super fun and decorated very pink and cute, with amazing nyc views. John/mirasol are so kind and respond very quickly. For future guests I don’t believe there is an ice maker or trays so plan accordingly."

"The apartment was not clean when checking in. The kitchen was nice. "
