5/5 Excellent
"I was surprised how big the onsen area is. There are many bathes to choose. I enjoy a lot.
The Kaiseki dinner was worth the money. But I wish the staffs could be more patient, less rushing."

"The lake view is wonderful from the hotel. The room is large, design is very good especially the bathroom. The hugeflower field is near by the window. If I go to this area, I will choose to stay at this hotel again."
"Pros: ski in ski out, shuttle service to hirafu, decent breakfast, nice onsen
Cons: niseko village is not as convenient as hirafu for food, the hotel is a bit old "

"Luxuriously appointed hotel. Slightly aged but still well-maintained. The room felt decadently large after all the cramped rooms in the cities.
Quite a few of the staff are able to speak decent English and there are Chinese speakers as well.
The lake view is gorgeous and we were able to enjoy the nightly fireworks without braving the cold weather.
The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good spread and is about the same every day.
Have to say that the shower in the room is better than the ones in the onsen which are prone to have sudden fits of differing water temperature. But we are there for the onsen after all. "

"The hotel is at the beginning of the town. It is across from the bus terminal to get to the station or Date Jidaimura. It's actually a 5 min walk to a 7-11 but can't tell from there. The workers will always willing to help with calling cabs. Compassionate when I had my 10 yr old daughter and they let me add her to my reservation for around 5000 yen with my 12 yr old son and did NOT charge us 17000 yen like a nearby hotel did. Enjoyed the onsen. Iron, salt, sulfur, etc baths. I love the outside one."
