One of the best I have seen. Also the dinner buffet was great with lot of varieties. Nice onsen with sauna and spacious room (traditional japanese style). Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. Very close to the bus station. There was no power outlet close to the head end of the bed, which I needed to run a CPAP machine overnight. Staff reluctantly provided extension cables so I could run power from the opposite wall. Due to my tattoos I was not permitted into the Onsen but on my check out I was charged Onsen fees as compulsory, which is not fair. The staff was not polite especially the manager who I recon was not fit to fulfill that position and responsibility. Overall I did not have a good experience.
