« The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories! »

« Perfect escape on the lake! Location was perfect, views amazing, home spotless, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Check in smooth, as was all communication with our host. Beautiful dock, beach area with plenty of seating, kayaks and floats. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this beautiful lakefront home. Wonderful home and location for a family vacation. »

« Plenty of space in and outside, and plenty to do at the house. The view was beautiful. The air conditioning was great. We could not find an oven mitt, but other than that the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. We were happy with our stay and would book it again! »

« The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to...

« My friends and I had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! It exceeded our expectations! Check in was simple and the host was very responsive in communicating. We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. « Nice farmhouse with a great view. We had 7 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Kitchen is big with an attached dining area. Front porch is nice to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening beverage. The firepit is great (would recommend removing the tree blocking the view of the lake from the firepit). Best thing is the house was well stocked with all the paper products you need (minus kleenex), garbage bags, coffee, firewood, laundry needs and soap. »
