« This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. The pier and beach fire pit was fun and relaxing on a crisp fall evening. The only challenge at this place is...

« My friends and I had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! It exceeded our expectations! Check in was simple and the host was very responsive in communicating. We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. « We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. ...

« Better than photos/description. Kind and gracious hosts. Beautiful house in an ideal setting on lake, with a large private park-like property with mowed trails in back of the house, ideal for long hikes. (Pat gave us a nice tour of the property which made it familiar/comfortable to use.) Very, very clean; kitchen well stocked with pans/etc. (with cookies provided as a welcome gift!); comfortable beds; and pleasant laid-back atmosphere. Reasonable distance from nearby cities and a great base...

« Cleanliness could have been better. Towels were put away damp, so they were starting smell like mildew. Reached out to host to see if they had any detergent to wash all of them but they never responded. »

"Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique et couverts en plastique ! Ce n’est pas gênant pour manger mais qu’est ce que ça engendre comme déchets ! C’est tout simplement énorme ! Dommage, la parti environnementale de l’hôtel est très mauvaise."

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "

"Hôtel très récent, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner correct. Nous avons été bien accueilli, même si cet hôtel fait en sorte que tout soit géré à distance. Il y a donc peu de personnel, cela s’est ressenti dans la salle de petit déjeuner, qui aurait mérité d’être nettoyée. "
