The location, the natural surroundings, the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff, the beautiful decor, the water stations so I didn't have to use plastic water bottles, the super comfortable mattress and bedding, the incredible array of interesting books in the room, the jetted tub, the balcony from which I could see a lovely pond and the gorgeous trees on the outskirts of the property...all of it was absolutely perfect! Big shout out to Jessica, working the front desk, she was so wonderful ~ kind, efficient, compassionate. Jessica, you're awesome! If I ever find myself in Ithaca, NY again, I will absolutely go back to La Tourelle! "
