« I loved the historic charm and decor of the property. Plenty of onsite free parking, bar and restaurant on site, and wonderful robe for after my shower. We did have to go to the bar to get ice and a drink as there are no ice or vending machines but it was not a problem. The bathroom had a slightly odd configuration with the sink and mirror in the corner and it was rather small but it worked. Would definitely recommend and this will be our spot for our annual trip to Rochester. »

« On the day of my arrival, the receptionist was rather reluctant to give me any information, being busier eating cream cakes and watching videos on his phone. Also, on my first night, groups of young people gathered in one room and partied until late, preventing me from sleeping the night before an important meeting. But above all, the area around the hotel is devoid of pleasant places to walk to for breakfast, and it was complicated to find where to have breakfast before going to my work...

« The room was clean and quiet. However, we did have a fire alarm in the evening. We were never told when to return to our rooms, what the cause of the fire was. Lousy restaurant. »
