« Dalton Cottage is a peaceful location right on Seneca Lake. It had a fulled fenced in yard so our dogs could play (completely secure even for little dogs) and even had a doggy door they loved to use! Our dogs loved it. The deck was amazing to have coffee on every morning and the water was so clear! »

« This place was immaculate. I am a clean freak. It was stocked with everything we needed. Clean sheets/towels, kitchen basics, etc. Check in was a breeze. Communication was excellent. I loved the attention to detail and decorative motif. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn’t use the fire pit, it was a nice addition. Outdoor space very was clean and neat. Even though not directly on the beach, access to water was approximately 200 yards downhill. No real beach there per se, but...

« Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! »

Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back. »

« Wonderful property. It was perfect for me, my husband and two kids in town for a family reunion. The space is open and very clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and looking out over the vineyards. Check in and host response are excellent. »

« We loved this property! It had perfect lake access, we brought our boat so it was wonderful to have a dock slip to keep it! We enjoyed the paddle boards and just hanging out on the deck swimming and enjoying the beautiful view! We made most of our meals in and there was everything we needed to prepare them. « We used the property mostly for extra housing for family, so we did not take full advantage of the amenities. The property was nice. We are new to VRBO, so we did not realize that we would need to supply our own towels and linens. There was no a/c, Wi-Fi, or other electronics. This lack did not pose a problem. The days were warm, but the fans cooled off the bedrooms nicely. Overall, we would rent the property again should the family need arise. »
