« We loved this house! Our family spent a long holiday weekend there for skiing and everyone had fun. The house was very nicely equipped, had many thoughtful amenities such as shampoo, hand warmers and more. The hosts were very responsive although we really didn’t need anything. We would love to go back again. »

« Really nice . Good contact with the host . Small glitch with the master bedroom TV but we came to ski so no big deal! Loved it ! Hot tub, view and comfortable rooms/ space was awesome!! « We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home. »

« We had a great long weekend at The Maples. House comfortably slept all seven of us, and there was room for more (initially booked for 10, but a few couldn't make the trip with us). It's a secluded property, so it's very private, but it's a two minute drive into the main stretch of Ellicottville. It being winter, the hot tub was a major plus. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a wonderful stay with our extended family for the holidays. The house was beautiful and spacious. The hosts were amazing! « Beautiful home in a lovely wooded location. My family and our dogs enjoyed the views of the fall foliage and the beauty of the home itself. We were able to cook many of our meals and snacks in the well stocked kitchen and eat out on the beautiful wrap around deck. Wonderful, comfortable stay. »
