The hosts were great. They went out of their way to keep the drive leading to the guesthouse plowed which was rather steep and important on snowy days, even with a 4WD. This place lacks some of the modern-day comforts like a washer/dryer (recommend using the Village Laundromat in Gowanda), dishwasher and television (read the fine print if those are critical to your stay), but it has everything you need for a shorter stay. Only recommendation would be for owners to provide keys or combo locks on the doors for guests. It felt a bit awkward to leave the house completely unlocked while we were away not knowing our surroundings and felt a bit unsafe sleeping in a separate unconnected house while leaving doors unlocked to the rest of the kids and wife in the main guesthouse (could lock them from the inside but then could not access the restroom in the main guesthouse if sleeping in the separate unconnected house). Im sure it was safe given its location out in the country but it would feel more comfortable and secure having actual keys or combo locks on the doors not knowing our surroundings, especially this day and age. With that said, it is a good value compared to the Lodges near Holiday Valley and the B&Bs in Ellicottville and worked for our short ski trip to Holiday Valley for our family of five. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

unique country retreat

Then Blueberry Farm has a welcoming and casual vibe with many thoughtful additions. The "wow" part of this vrbo is not the unit itself as much as the gracious and generous proprietors, and the serenity of its beautiful surroundings. The views of the blueberry fields and well-maintained grounds, abundant flowers, quiet evenings, and fresh mornings all lent themselves to feelings of peace and tranquility

Burdick Blueberry Farm Getaway

We had a great time during our stay. The owners were very welcoming. The amenities were very much appreciated especially the farm fresh eggs! The decorating of the guest house was very cute with the blueberry theme. Fresh flowers from the flower garden were beautiful around the house. We found plenty to do in the area and nearby towns. The pool was very refreshing after the heat of the day. Amy's fresh baked blueberry-lemon muffins were excellent! We also really enjoyed the tour of the farm in the surrey. We look forward to returning to this guest house in the future.

Mother Daughter Weekend

This place was a great place for us to spend time together!! It so quiet & peaceful. Ellicottville was just a short drive away. The house had everything you would need. The homemade lemon blueberry muffins were absolutely amazing!! The flowers on the farm were beautiful & fresh lilac flowers in the bedrooms made it smell so good!! Definitely hope to go back!

You won't be disappointed!

If you're looking for some quiet downtime, you'll find it at this beautifully decorated guest house. The view from the picture window is spectacular. (Plantings beneath the window attracted hummingbirds throughout the day.) The kitchen has everything you could need by way of dishware, cookware, cutlery and small appliances, and there were plenty of bath linens provided for our two-night stay. The grounds and pool are well maintained, and the flower garden is worth the short walk to get there. This is a fantastic property with great hosts and we hope to book another stay!

A little piece of heaven on earth!

This property is an absolute jewel!!!! This was our 2nd time staying and it was incredible! Amy & Beth are impeccable host's and they keep the house immaculate. Staying during blueberry season was a wonderful experience. We loved picking berry's and getting to experience Beth's gorgeous flower patch was a bonus for sure. Everything about the home is perfect. The beds are perfect. The linens are delightful. It has a nostalgic charm that I truly love. They think of everything when preparing the home. We will absolutely go back again. If you don't stay you are really missing out!! Thank you Amy & Beth for an incredible visit.

Birthday Getaway

My daughters and grandchildren joined me to celebrate my birthday at this beautiful and peaceful guesthouse. The hosts are extremely hospitable and the house is very clean and airy. Even though the weather wasn't perfect we still enjoyed the pool and the property. Many puzzles were completed and wonderful bonding. Ellicottville is not very far and we enjoyed a trip for dinner. Not a place to be skipped!

Awesome Getaway

We loved our stay at the blueberry farm! Amy and Beth were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome! My husband, I and our two young sons stayed for a week and loved relaxing and spending time together. Amy & Beth made us fresh blueberry lemon muffins for breakfast and they were delicious. The guest house was so clean and beautifully decorated! They did not miss any detail to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay. Although some may not care, the bedding was great quality and so comfortable and the water for the shower was always extra hot! These are 2 things that are usually hard to find! The kitchen was also well stocked with all of the cookware we needed. Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be going back!

Amazing time at a beautiful location

We had the most wonderful stay at Burdick Blueberry Farm! The property was just beautiful and so peaceful! We had a busy schedule with sightseeing the weekend we stayed, but would have loved to just have a day to relax and enjoy the beauty of the property. The hosts are beyond kind and attentive to any questions or needs that you have. Amy made us the most delicious lemon blueberry muffins! The house was spotless, decorated beautifully, and had everything we could have possibly needed to make it a great time away! Thank you, Amy and Beth for your kindness! Loveliest stay with kindest hosts

We absolutely loved our stay at Burdick Blueberry Farm. Amy and Beth were gracious and welcoming hosts, and clearly put a lot of effort into little details that made our stay special and memorable, from warm blueberry biscuits gifted to us by Amy in the morning, to a S’mores kit set up for the fire pit at night. The home is lovely, exactly as described. We would stay here over and over again.

Absolutely Perfect

We found the Burdick Blueberries farm property to be absolutely perfect! Cleanliness, comfort and charm were all top notch. Our family used it as a weekend stay to enjoy some skiing at Holiday Valley (easy 20 min. commute).

Beautiful place that the pictures do not do it justice. We went us to fish for Steelhead, but the river was little low so fishing was below average. We enjoyed staying at the farm, which is a blueberry farm, with 30,000 plants. Bedroom and very nicely done and two have private bathrooms. Loved sitting out side and drinking wine and watching the sun set. Kitchen works just fine, if you want to cook. There are multiple towns within 15 minutes to drive to for restaurants. Loved walking around the farm and just enjoying the beautiful of the place. Will return.

Heaven on earth!!

This place is perfect! The home is clean and I loved how it's decorated. Everything you need is there just bring groceries so you don't have to leave. Amy and Beth are so kind and welcoming. Amy made blueberry lemon biscuits for us that were DELICIOUS! Staying at this property was so wonderful we booked our next trip back as soon as we got home!!! The beds are so comfortable and the view from the living room is priceless. You're missing out if you don't stay there!!!

Perfect! You won’t want to leave!

A beautiful place to spend with friends or family! So very cozy and tastefully decorated! We absolutely loved the personal touches Amy and Beth have added to their guest house. It was very easy to feel right at home! Amy and Beth were so kind, gracious, and accommodating. They greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcomed. Their property is beautiful with amazing views and scenery. We truly did not want to leave! Whether you just want to stay in to play games and spend quality time with loved ones, walk the property, sit by a cozy fire and make s’mores, or visit the nearby town of Ellicottville, this is the place you will want to stay. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again!

This was our first experience at staying at Burdick Blueberry Farm. We drove down from New York City for almost six hours and we were absolutely thrilled with everything we found in the house, property, and hosts. I would like to emphasize our remarks on the hospitality of the hosts. We were very pleased with how they took the time out of their busy day to prepare absolutely amazing and delicious blueberry muffins, showed around the farm, and told us more about the local community. Inside the guest house we were pleased by their incredible attention to every little detail; from the warm interior to fresh flowers in bedrooms. Amazing property and hosts

We loved our time at the blueberry farm and our hosts were so kind. We were treated to a truck ride around the property and walked through the lovely flower garden. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and delivering us delicious muffins. Would definitely return!

Such an awesome place and hosts!

I visited the Burdick Blueberry Farm before booking. Such an unbelievably awesome setting, with EXCEPTIONAL HOSTS! ladies weekend at the Blueberry farm

Above excellent, so much detail and care is put into this property it was amazing. every area was given such thought. The decor, equipment, comfort, friendliness, supplies, warmth, all of it we will go back joyfully. And hopefully the weather will cooperate with us this next visit. It rained the most of the time we were there, but it did not dampen our spirts !
