The open concept is ideal to socialize with family & friends, the kitchen has everything you need to prep large or small meals (we love to cook) while mingling with your group. The high speed internet with the colour printer/copier makes it ideal for extended work/staycation. Enjoy an extremely cozy atmosphere while enjoying wine, cocktails or just snuggling by the floor to ceiling fireplace. The huge yard is ideal for kids and pets to run, play corn hole, bocce ball, croquet..... Lots of parking,, hi speed internet, all streaming channels....you will feel like home and will not want to leave. You have the option to grill on a propane or charcoal grill. The main floor has a powder room, patio doors leading to a wraparound deck with patio furniture. The negatives were that the house did not have central air conditioning and the air conditioners that were there were not enough for the 90 degree days, There were no smoke alarms on the main floor or in the finished basement, especially since there is a bedroom down there. There was no fire extinguishers.There was no hand rail down the steps to the basement level. Some landscaping with nice shrubs and flowers would be a great asset too. ##### Patricia L. Not really within walking distance of the restaurants and shops as I thought it might be, but a quick drive there as well as to skiing. Lovely fireplace, well stocked with wood. Never had to run to the store for anything. Teens enjoyed the basement, TVs, and snacks. I enjoyed listening to cousins catching up with each other, laughing, after hours of skiing, from the living room lounge chairs (that electric one will definitely be our next furniture purchase). Unfortunately we had to leave a day earlier than planned but it was worth every penny to have my children and grandkids all under one (very nice) roof. ##### Rochelle W.
