Excellent location, within 10 min or less of town center and the resort. The space is clean and they did a great job updating the space. It rained the weekend we went and although we still skied, we also spent more time in the space than originally anticipated. It is a space you can feel comfortable spending time in. One thing to keep in mind, that I did not appreciate when I booked it, is that it is a basement unit. You can hear the renters above walking around or in our case running and jumping and playing loud music. The rented space above is a larger space so in our case it was two larger groups over the span of our stay. This is the risk you take traveling and of no fault of the owners. Super close to Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. The pullout couch was comfy. The kitchen had all the supplies you need! Gorgeous backyard. Overall extremely happy with this place!
