Friendly front desk staff. Sergio from Security/Bell Hop secured our four bicycles. We were beginning a 5 day bicycle trip on the Erie Canal. Nice hotel, big space. Bar good. Weddings and business meetings going on. Lively!

The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!
