"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie."

"Die Unterkunft ist nur 200m vom Strand entfernt und verfügt wirklich über eine umfangreiche tolle Ausstattung und die Küchenutensilien sind, wie in vielen anderen Unterkünften, nicht abgezählt. Zudem gibt es unzählige Decken, damit man sich auch Pfingsten auf die Hochterasse setzen kann, wenn es etwas kühler ist. The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed).
