This is an excellent location for people who like large spaces and access to a yard. The apartment is a is a huge, bright & pet friendly private mainfloor apartment close to the beach with access to laundry, parking & a large shared backyard that is ideal for your pets to play in. 7 min walk to groceries, banks, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Steps away to a stop for buses that take you straight to the subway station & 17 min walk to a train station (~15 min ride downtown). A fabulous tennis court, splash park, biking & walking trail are around the corner. The home is also close to the iconic Bluffers Park, marinas & sailing/yacht clubs.
