« My stay at the Kimpton Arras was amazing! I travel with my cat and this was our 4th time at this particular Kimpton - upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite! It was so comfortable and I love the view of downtown Asheville from the extra large bathroom! The bed is soooo soft - I must find out where the mattress and sheets are from! I especially love the hotel lobby at nighttime because that’s when it gets really active, starting with wine hour. I could also freely let my cat walk...

« Overall, great stay. Breakfast was excellent - more than continental. Check in was a little clumsy as the ‘front’ desk is actually in a separate bldg and the clerk had to check 3 separate groups in at the same time and then walk us all to our bldgs and rooms. Seems like they need an additional person working the check in area during peak times (this was ~5pm). »

« We went our first day with no service on our room. No new towels or anything. Day 2 we specifically asked for our room to be cleaned and when we arrived back at 3:30pm, it had not been touched. My wife again spoke to the front desk and it finally got serviced. We did not have much hot water the first morning but that improved over the stay. It’s a great location and we enjoyed staying here a year ago, but I don’t think we will return next year. For the price point I expected more service. »

« Great experience. Not one negative thing to say. I love the Marriott brand. But not all with allow dogs. And that’s a non-negotiable with us. So we usually stay at Aloft. Which is fine. But the AC by Marriott is a level up. Wish all the Marriott AC’s would welcome man’s best friend! Wonderful top of the chart staff at Marriott AC Asheville. »

« We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on and we enjoyed being able to walk to the coffee shop down the street, as well as the easy access to the art district, and the parking garage connected to the hotel. We named the upstairs tenant “Thunderfoot” because whoever was up there was either extremely heavy footed or the floor was extremely thin. We also stayed on a weekend and could hear the live music next door but they stopped...
