« Accidentally double booked this property and was not even informed at Check in that I had two rooms under my name paid. Was given the room for the bonvoy reservation I made only. One would assume since I gave them my name they’d have mentioned I had two rooms booked. Only realized this mistake when I received this email from Expedia for a review of the property. Also the valet literally broke the rim on my car, added air to the tire and didn’t inform me of any damage or even adding air, until...
