Je l’avais déjà signalé à la réception; on m’a répondu que c’était résolu mais ce n’est pas le cas !!! Une fois le séjour terminé, il n’y a plus aucun service à la clientèle. De la part d’une chaîne hôteliere comme Hyatt, c’est inacceptable !! »

"Emplacement idéal pour une escale à San Antonio. Le lit est confortable, et la vue sur le board walk est appréciable depuis le 17e étage. Cependant, il est très difficile de se garer dans les environ. L’établissement en profite donc, et vous facture 39 dollars la nuit au parking. C’est regrettable, c’est le gros point noir du séjour. Venez donc à pieds, à vélo ou en trottinette."
