Je l’avais déjà signalé à la réception; on m’a répondu que c’était résolu mais ce n’est pas le cas !!! Une fois le séjour terminé, il n’y a plus aucun service à la clientèle. De la part d’une chaîne hôteliere comme Hyatt, c’est inacceptable !! »

« Hôtel très très bien placé sur le riverwalk de San Antonio. Très propre, superbe piscine . Accueil très sympathique de Anja. Le parking de l’hôtel est avec valet , mais à environ 200 mètres dans la même rue sur la gauche vous avez un parking public. Attention tout est dématérialisé pour le paiement du parking . »
