« The location was perfect for a 3 day stay. Before we arrived we were concerned about car safety when parking in an unattended lot. We parked so that we could see our car from the apartment and there were no issues.My husband loved the San Antonio coffee table book and read most of it. The location was spot on for visiting what we wanted to see. I recommend the trolley for hop-on hop-off sight seeing. We will definitely stay here again if we visit San Antonio a second time. »

Only downside is the common area of the complex, no fault to the owner but the property management group does not do a good job in keeping the common areas clean. Room and host superb! »

« The location of this apartment was perfect for our trip! Walkable to everything we wanted to see, and right on the river walk. It was a bit loud when the Spurs won a playoff game during our stay and there was a parade of cars honking down Market St all night, but the host kindly provided earplugs for the noise (and obviously there’s nothing they could do about the car parade outside!). We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. »

« First time in SA. Here for BMT graduation. Gave us the space we needed and the homey comfort my Airman craved. Very conveniently located to base, air port, down town. Neighborhood was quiet, definitely transitioning. Felt safe. Even enjoyed some time in the back yard. Great value!! »

« The interior of the unit was attractive and clean. It was a very cute and enjoyable unit for our two nights. The tub and tub wall has started peeling, and needs a new coating, I found that awkward. The old building itself needs some TLC, the entry felt old/dingy/awkward. The hobos and rough-looking folks hanging out at the lower floor liquor store did not make for a comfortable feeling while coming and going, walking to the Riverwalk or parking. Not all of these things are under the unit-owner's...
