"Their breakfast was not very good. They had people outside working making noise until late at night. The air conditioning was very loud."

"Floors stick,slippey and grimy. Mentioned it right away for a new room but one wasn't available. Staff Would not send a housekeeper to mop. No discount given when asked. I used 2 towels to clean it myself, shown in pictures attached"

"The room is clean and have good smells, they just need to update the furniture that look old and with wood chips. "

"From a quick glance the room was fine and looked good. But once you started using the room, it's flaws came out. After my first night I went to take a shower and the shower floor was stained brown and there was someone else's hair in the shower and by the toilet. I informed the front desk of this when I could and left for my daily activities. Upon return, the hair by the toilet was clear up, but some that was in the shower wasn't. Metals in the accessibility shower were rusted as well. Overall could be much better"

"Room was spacious. It was nice to have a kitchen and a living room space separate from the sleeping area. Air conditioning worked well. We did ask for more dishes and towels , but staff was quick to get what we needed. We would definitely stay there again."
