"The hotel is kept very clean and almost all staff are very friendly. The breakfast is limited to 2 sandwiches and other items such as cereal or danish. It would be great if there was a sit down breakfast available. "

"Absolutley the worst hotel ever. Stole my money, overcharged me for rooms, double charged me at the bar and restraunt. Then when we complained, we were escorted out of hotel by police. They then kicked my mother out of the overcharged room. Who is 69 year old cancer patient. The most horrible experience. I have contacted attorney to sue foe theft."

"I was very happy with this stay the staff was friendly, our room was very clean and maintained throughout our visit. There was coffee available all day long in the dining area. Every morning they served a great breakfast which was different and free every day. This will definitely be a go to hotel for future trips to San Antonio."
