Hotel Gibbs Downtown Riverwalk

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Gibbs in downtown San Antonio! The location was absolutely perfect and within easy walking distance to our event venue, which made everything so convenient. From the moment we arrived, the valet service was fantastic, and the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. And what a wonderful surprise to discover that the hotel offers a wine tasting! 🍷 It was such a nice unexpected touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Gibbs exceeded our expectations from arrival to departure. Great location, great service, and such a fun atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again when visiting downtown San Antonio! ❤️"

"No daily housekeeping services, but can easily get more towels, coffee, etc delivered to the room. Restaurant/Tavern staff was terrific. There was a problem on one of our orders (an ingredient we didn't catch on the menu that would have caused one of us to be ill) and they (Emily) quickly took care of it with a smile. Great location, easy access to sites, comfortable & clean. Would definitely stay there on our next visit to San Antonio."

"Remember it is an older hotel with lots of character. We did have to request fans due to the room being hot. The shower had to be cleaned when we checked in also. But it was a hotel experience that we had to scratch of the bucket list!"

"The staff was amazing, great customer service, and ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean but there was a smell to the room and the sheets. The air conditioner was working but the room felt humid and that might have led to smell. Overall it was nothing that would keep me from staying there again. The walk to the Alamodome was easy and saved us money from not having to get an uber!"

"The room was nice and clean.Love that it was on the river walk and could eat and shop without driving..loved the balcony. The only thing negative was the Valet is expensive especially your already paying pricey hotel..Cost of public parking is ridiculous is little bit much."
