They were severely understaffed everywhere. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. "The bad: Hot tub was not functional and pool was the size of a postage stamp. Parking was valet only for $40/ day. Dresser in the room was broken. All 3 drawers were broken and not functional. Room was dated looking and beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good in any regards.The good: all staff we interacted with were polite, helpful, and pleasant. A/c in the room worked great! Room was spacious and we loved the full kitchen! Shower was hot and had great pressure! "
