"We booked this hotel for one night before our flight home from Cancun. Very easy access instructions as doesn't have a reception. It was very affordable and perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and we had soap, toilet roll and an iron provided. I am not sure whether this is the best location for a longer trip in Cancun however it was absolutely perfect for our purposes. Would have been very helpful for a small bottle of water on arrival. Thankyou! "

Under VRBO standards, listings must be accurate and not misleading. This is a clear violation. Property Not as Described / Below Acceptable Standard The house is old, poorly maintained, with visible cracks and signs of neglect. There were flooding issues, impacting normal use of the property. This does not meet reasonable expectations for a property at this price point. Undisclosed Safety Hazard The stairs are unsafe, particularly for children. This represents a material safety concern that was not disclosed in the listing. Missing Essential Amenity There is no AC in the TV/lounge area, making a primary living space uncomfortable and inconsistent with the listing presentation. Price vs. Delivered Value The property is significantly overpriced relative to its condition, safety issues, and inaccurate description.
