Hotel did not honor their Counterless check in and required a credit card for incidentals. Testy manager on check in.

The staff was amazing. Especially Pam who served the Continental breakfast. The desk staff was mostly very nice, also. The only down side was the bathroom floor was always sticky and the towels had a smell of old cigarette smoke. The rest of the room was nice.

Hot Breakfast & clean rooms
If you are looking for a nice hot breakfast, this hotel has it! It was perfect before heading off to Busch Gardens for the day. The room was a bit small for the price of 175 a night, but the room was clean and the beds were nice. My only complaint is the pillows. Considering the hotel is on a busy road, we didnt hear much(not even the fireworks on New Years Eve were too loud). Seems like a good location, there are plenty of food options. The fitness room is small, but well equipped with nice workout machines. The man at the front desk was nice. I also liked that they had shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion in pumps on the wall, nice addition.

This hotel was great. I have no complaints. The front desk staff were all friendly and professional. Stephen heloed us check in and was fabulous. We only stayed one night. We had the wonderful breakfast buffet and the staff was very helpful also.
