"The pictures of the apartment were deceiving. It wasn't as nice. No door knob on bathroom door; 1 light over sink not working; hair in bathtub & no drain .. bathtub needs work! Towels weren't acceptable as they were in closet (which didn't look clean & had some old stuff in it) in a hanging bin, which I felt wasn't clean & there was a hanging bin on back of bathroom door that was dusty. And, not enough towels! Couch has some stains. We had issues using the key pad to get into the apartment....
