"Came from Canada for the weekend was great stay Will be coming back"

"Wes's guest house was a great place to stay. The rooms are small but comfortable. The concept, however, is to spend your downtime in the common areas (they even provide robes and slippers). Many board games, and there are several clusters of comfortable seating areas offering different degrees of privacy. Nice breakfast provided daily, and the back yard with ginormous hot tub is not to be missed. Wes is fun to chat with and has good tips for exploring the city and its history. All other staff members were very kind and welcoming."

"Wonderful stay at the Richardson Hotel in Buffalo. So much character, a reflection of the history, art and architectural art heritage of the city. The hotel isn't "downtown", but it's central, around the corner from the AKG Art Museum and adjacent Elmwood Ave nightlife and restaurants. Really attractive, comfortable rooms (20-ft ceilings and windows!). Surrounded by trees and green, perfect for running or walking. Supre-friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff. Restaurant had really good menu and food and the bar had novel themed cocktails. Now that I know what this hotel is like I wouldn't stay anywhere when visiting Buffalo."

"Friendly staff and comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities that travelers want. We arrived early and staff made extra efforts to get us into our room a bit early, which gave us extra time to visit nearby Niagara Falls. Shower dripped all night which could not be heard if bathroom door was closed, but that’s why only 4 stars for condition of property."
