"The shower was very small and no handrails in the bathroom. There three steps to the front door and no banister. I could not sit on the little front porch due to the bees in the bushes. The unit was clean except for the large air vent in the wall. I was disappointed."

"Unit was very clean and smelled nice. Kitchen had what you needed to cook small meals. All directions from the owner were very well conveyed and easy to understand. The only thing that I wish I did know was, this unit is on top of a mountain."

"Everything was good overall. Great location, gorgeous view, comfortable, nice new bathrooms, except Fire place was not working. Walls were thin, windows wouldn’t all close, floors creaked every step. Just didn’t seem well made structurally. Safe but old. "

"Great property ! Close to slopes , banner elk , Boone , and the blue ridge parkway. Great hikes , waterfalls , and amusements are all close by. Easy instructions for the running of the house and exiting as well . All around great experience. Would rent again in a heartbeat."
