"Parking was easy and close, staff was very friendly especially young man when I checked in Saturday night. I should have listened to the reviews though because the room was filthy. My son got 10 bug bites on his back in the first hour just laying on the bed. No conditioner, so much noise above us! I could not sleep and just wanted to get through the night and get the heck out of there!!!’ I let the receptionist know when I checked out and she just apologized nothing more. I should have just paid 75 more bucks to stay at the Sheraton!!!! "

"Restaurants were closed so would have been good to know in advance. Beds super comfy, bathroom so clean, towels super fluffy! Great views and staff and though we didn’t use the pool or tub, they looked nice. Laundry room was so useful and clean, gym was equipped really well, clean and great views. Staff were so helpful and friendly. 5 min walk to Universal. Spacious rooms - would definitely recommend. "

"Good room and an excellent location close to Six Flags Magic Moutain (10 mins drive) and Universal Hollywood (30 mins drive). Very good value for money though breakfast was a bit lacking."
